Documented corrections, missing context and responses from Olivia Chow, her campaign, City officials or members of the public are welcome.

What to include

Include the page or statement, the proposed correction, the evidence supporting it and a contact method. Material corrections will be dated. Where useful, the original wording and corrected wording will both be recorded.

Editorial labels

Verified failure, policy reversal, controversial decision and unresolved question are used to distinguish established facts from political judgments and incomplete evidence.
